Left my dog in temporary care and now family friend had dog reregistered and chipped without my permission?

Well your dog should always be micro chipped and be up to date on his vaccines in the first place. But re-naming the dog and doing all the other things to make it theirs is just horrible. I hope you can find someone to help you out.
