Parents should have the right to choose if their children should be vaccinated?

i don't mind if ppl say that it should be mandatory that all children be vaccinated, but please do not ramble on about how helpful vaccines are etc. i need some ethical opinions or websites to help me, it has to be against vaccines and how parents should be allowed to chose. much appreciated!
