Strange neighbors and kittens?

Contact your local animal shelter and seek help. They will come for the cats and kittens. They will not kill the mom if she is still nursing, they'll take the whole crew back to the shelter and let them finish nursing. They will get shots and fixed. You should really call, the guy's a creep.
