Will I be bald forever!?!?

So long story short I got in a fight about two months ago and tha b@*€h pulled my hair, I'm currently rocking a quarter sized completely smooth bald patch. Luckily I have long hair but I don't want long hair forever so will my hair ever grow back? I'm worried because it's been two months with no sign of growth!!
