Vaccination ?? Puppy ... I know nothing !!?

I just got a 4 month old puppy from someone on Craigslist. She was born march 5th and I'm not sure if has or not has been vaccinated against anything. ... just got her today. I have older dogs 7 and 10 y/o and I'm not worried about any illness among them. We just put down a 17 y/o dog last week ( because of age ) so if there was anything floating around the house it would have bump off the 17 y/o dog. Should i wait till i can get a hold of this lady ( if i even can again ) or just go and get her vaccinated?? Would over vaccination hurt her?? The lady kept the puppy outdoors ( it was covered in fleas and feed beans .... wtf ) should i start heart guard ?? For all of you that are going to B!T@H at me for not taking care of my dog .... I JUST GOT HER TODAY ... SLOW YOUR ROLL AND READ THE F#$KING QUESTION !!!
