Puppy in garden after non vaccinated dogs?

Hi, i dog sat for 2 weeks a week ago, i have now got a 10week old pup who is due her injections in a couple of days, can my pup go in the garden even though a week ago the dogs i looked after pooped in the garden (which has obviously been picked up) but they haven't had yearly vaccinations since being a puppy. Will be so grateful for anyone's input she is desperate to get out the back :(
