Are vaccines safe for baby that was born 2/15 who got full vaccine for 4 month well check!?!?

My daughter who is offcially 4 months tomorrow was vaccinated today she isn't eating, crying, finally sleeping now but whining in her sleep. After reading some articles about kids dying from four month vaccines I'm freaking out? Should I???
