Does The L'Oreal Colorist Hair Remover Work On Dyed Black Hair?!?

I Died My Hair The Most Blackest Black Around December, Than In Febuary I Just Got Tired Of It & Wanted to go Lighter,I Just Thought "Hey You Know My Black Hair Dye Must Be Gone,My Roots Are Kinds Showing,NEW HAIR DYE TIME ! " I Went To Sallys And I Got This Beautiful Light Brown Color. After My Mom Warned Me That It The Color Wouldn't Hold On,I Didn't Listen I Was To Exicted. So After I Put In The Light Brown,I Washed My Hair And I Just Saw My Roots Colored Not Even Half My Head ! I Screamed So Loud,Luckily My Sister Bought A Black Hair Dye. I Was Doubt Ful On Either Walking Around With Colored Roots Or Just going Jet Black Again ! But I Just Dyed It Black I Was So Sad ! Now Yesterday I Went To Sallys And I Was Researching About Hair Removers And I Saw Most People Liked Color Zap & I Was So Exicted Because I Was Like Yes! I Can Go Dark Ash Blonde.But The Lady At Sallys Just Killed My Dreams. So I Just Left. I Went To WalGreens & Got L'oreal Color OOps That Stuff Did Nothing ! It Smelled Horrible I Just Wanted To Throw Up,& I Bought Light Brown Hair Dye Which I havent Used Yet Because I Can't My Hair Is Black Still ! I Just Need Some Advice ! I Dont Want to Go To A Salon & Bleach It Or Get It Bleached Out Of The Question SO PLEASEEEEEEEE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP! Im Just Trying To Go Back Brown!
