I wonder when I should vaccinate my cats before going to America?

If you are coming to the US (other then Hawaii) there is NO quarantine time. But it would be wise to vaccinate before coming here. If the country you are coming from doesn't do rabies (UK, Australia), then you WILL need to vaccinate against rabies as soon as possible.
