My cat is in heat and keeps pooping in the house. Why is she doing this?

My cat is in heat. The other night she was on my bed wanting to be pet and loved. After giving her attention she crawled in between my legs and pooped inbetween my thighs. Luckily I had my comforter on so I didn't get any poop on me but she still soiled my bedsheet. Then today after giving her a bunch of attention she pooped again, only this time on a pile of clothes in the corner of the room. Can anybody tell me why she is doing this all of a sudden? She always uses the litter box and has never done this. Plus I haven't done anything different like changing brands of litter or cat food or anything of that sort. And she's not sick because she is pooping solid poops. Can someone please help me
