Should a stray cat be adopted?

they should adopt the cat because 1. they will definitly grow an attachment to him and 2. what if something happens to the poor cat? they should defiitly adopt him and not let him be an outdoor cat anylonger.. i know he is obviously used to that but its not so safe for them to be out alone and maybe they got him just in time... best to be safe and not sorry.. adopt the cat
