How to get a birth certificate for my daughter?

So I had my daughter 1 yr and a half ago but I couldn't get her birth certificate because my husband is illegal and didnt have id so they couldnt put him as a father without id now he got a mexican matricula the only papers i have for her are her social vaccinating card and her birthfacts and documents from the hospital she was born @ houston tx, what do i do now i need to get all her documents in order.?!?
