If you don't get your indoor cat vaccinated what will happen?

I would like to know if there are any risks in not getting an indoor cat vaccinated (it never goes out, lives with my other indoor cat who has not been vaccinated) and how likely the chances of certain things/illnesses occurring. Thanks
