My pupppy has parvo i need answes?

She has had it for 4 days now but she is eating reaguraly she is very playfully she has gain weight she doesn't look like a sceletton anymore should I still keep her inside for a while or can she go on short walk and even though she has parvo she was vaccinated for it anyway.
